The murder of filmmaker Robert Reiner and his wife Michele Singer, apparently perpetrated by their son Nick, occurred on December 14, 2025. We have a probable birth time for Robert Reiner (rated "C"), but we lack this information for Michele or Nick Reiner.

Since I know very little about the lives of these individuals, I will refrain from overly speculative analysis. Instead, let us attempt to identify the anchor points between their various planetary systems.

Let us begin with Robert Reiner. Born during a full moon, we note that the midpoint of these two celestial bodies falls at 15° Gemini/Sagittarius. The filmmaker has Pluto and Saturn very high in the sky, with an exact opposition between Venus and Saturn. Mercury, post-cazimi with the Sun, certainly gave him an imaginative mind and boundless empathy, but also a tendency to blur emotions. In other words, clear communication was perhaps not this artist's greatest strength.

A Pisces like her partner, Michele Singer has the distinction of having Chiron on the same degree as Reiner's Venus, with her Sun and Moon in trine—indicating a far more stable capacity for emotional expression than the filmmaker. A Mars in Taurus also granted her a more tangible ability to act. This Chiron also embraced this woman's Venus, which certainly gave her healing powers toward her loved ones.

Nick Reiner is a Virgo, the exact opposite of his parents, and was born on a new moon evening. Although his birth time is unknown, it is disturbing to note that if we assign him a birth time similar to his father's, the son's Sun/Moon midpoint coincides with the father's Sun—a midpoint also activated by the South Node of the tragedy...

As for his relationship with his mother, the maternal Saturn was conjunct the son's Pluto, Neptune flooded Nick's Mars, and the maternal Pluto overwhelmed the son's Venus. Quite something...

The overall shape of the chart is a bowl whose boundaries are Saturn and Venus in opposition, echoing the same opposition in the father's chart. But above all, the lunar axis of both men is exactly reversed. One's North Node is exactly on the other's South Node!

This represents, in my view, a kind of psychological lock—a lock that the transits at the time of the murder seemed destined to shatter.

Indeed, Pluto was at 2° Aquarius, exactly on Robert Reiner's natal Venus/Saturn opposition, but also conjunct his mother's Chiron. The Chiron transit, meanwhile, was in exact opposition to Nick's Mars, while the North Node was traveling around Robert Reiner's Mercury/Mars midpoint, but also conjunct Michele's Sun. In doing so, this same North Node was square to Robert Reiner's North Node/Uranus midpoint, and nearly square to his Sun/Moon midpoint. It makes one's head spin!

Finally, let us consider the Moon which, at the time of the murder, was passing over the son's Mars and the mother's Neptune. A true knot of emotions and expiation seems to have come undone on that tragic date. Sometimes the Moon, which appears so white, pure, and calm, sheds its fine fabric to reveal its dry, gaunt, almost volcanic body...

I cannot venture further, however, and will remain attentive to whatever may be revealed in due course.
