Mars was on natal Mars, in natural square to natal Saturn and transiting Pluto. Transiting Uranus was trine these same Saturn/Pluto.

This appears to me as a promise of great changes for New York City. It also portends a dynamic, even tumultuous year for the politician, as this Pluto will remain square throughout 2026.
